Thank you for making a purchase at Katie Blair Designs. Here's what you need to know to make your order as smooth as possible:
You can pay for your Katie Blair Designs purchases using PayPal. The shopping cart and check out system are secure and safe. If you have any questions about using PayPal or checking out on Katie Blair Designs, feel free to e-mail kate@katieblairdesigns.com.
Shipping
I make every effort to get shipments in the mail as quickly as possible. All shipments are put in the mail no more than three business days after an order is paid for. I cannot guarantee arrival times due to variables that are out of my control, but I do everything in my power to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
I ship most orders first class through the U.S. Postal Service (orders that weigh more than 13 oz. are shipped via Priority Mail) to keep shipping costs low. If you are interested in shipping by a faster method in the U.S., please e-mail me, and we can set up a special shipment. I do not send packages with insurance or delivery confirmation unless requested.
All of my packages are carefully wrapped in a sturdy cardboard box or bubble mailer to prevent any damage to your items. If there is any damage to your order during shipping, please let me know.
Gift Wrap
If you would like me to add a note or other additional gift options, please let me know upon purchase. Gift wrap is always free at Katie Blair Designs.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am human, and have been known to make mistakes. If I send you the wrong item, please let me know right away and I will send you the correct item as soon as possible. Employees of the post office are also human. Should your items arrive damaged, please let me know, and I will replace your damaged products.
